Dieting is bloody EXHAUSTING.  And even if you haven't been dieting per se, you've definitely had a dieter mentality  if you've been controlling your food or exercise in any way shape or form.  But the good news is there is another way.  The Body Loving programme  is designed with complete Dieting fed-upness in mind!

 

Delivered over 10 weeks, to give you a good foundation from which to go forward, the programme has easy to implement strategies, with no rushing and no overwhelm.  I want this to be simple and sustainable for you, using some proven health and wellbeing tools and techniques.

 

This is what the 10 week programme covers:

  • The cornerstones of health and wellbeing, which are divided into three signature elements: Move Me, Love Me and Feed Me

  • Layered learning -  three weeks are dedicated to each element, which are delivered one week at a time in three rounds,  giving you time to try which techniques and strategies are the most effective for you

  • Short weekly video training modules and worksheets, with easy to implement techniques, perfect for time poor or overwhelmed women

  • Support and accountability in the on-line secret community, which is a great place for discussions and sharing with other like-minded women - most women work best with the 'tend and befriend'  method, receiving and giving support to each other

  • Regular live Q&A sessions with me, for specific coaching around stuck behaviour, limiting beliefs and unhelpful habits! This is often the part most other programmes miss out and is the secret to lasting success

  • Delivered digitally for easy, lifetime access via your computer, tablet or phone
