And how are you today?!
This one is all about YOU! I want you to stop for a moment and consider you. How are you getting on right now? Are you happy/content/engaged in your life? Is your life mainly pleasurable or enjoyable, with only a small portion of it not-so-good? Maybe you have a massively 'Yee-hah, here I come!' outlook on life, or a slightly more sedate 'Yup, life is pretty good' angle.
But today, I'm asking you to think a bit deeper. How are you REALLY doing? Don't give me that glib, I'm fine stuff. I want you to be honest here! How happy are you? How is your energy? Are you feeling fulfilled? Do you have a goal or a purpose which gets you up and out of bed in the morning? Do you do something on a regular basis which makes you feel tinglingly (I think I've just made that word up) grateful and glad to be alive? If not, why not?! What is the one thing you can do this week to get you feeling vital and excited about life? Have a think and then send me a photo or an email about it!
So now, a favour from you, please! I have just attended a yearly fitness conference with experts from around the world sharing their knowledge and I got that tingling, glad to be alive feeling. I was with many other fitness professional who are all positively impacting on the health and wellbeing of their clients too. But I had the realisation that I am not doing enough! I love what I do and I'm so grateful for those of you who tell me that you feel great after class or after a workshop/on-line course. However, I am on a mission to impact as many people as possible, feel as good as they can and to have enough wellness and zest for life to keep going into their 80's and 90's! How amazing would that be! I would love if you could please reply to this with a quick one line about what is the one aspect of health and wellness which you really need help with or are worried about.
Then after that, go and do that one thing you are excited about! Go on, I double dare you!
